This warranty is available only from coolbreeze dealers who have qualified for status as a Platinum Coolbreeze Dealer. The warranty covers you against defects in material or workmanship in the warranted product for a full ten (10) years under normal use and maintenance, including parts and labour, subject to the conditions and exclusions as detailed in the downloadable document below:
